The Cats Protection - Tyneside Adoption Centre
The Adoption Centre on Green Lane in Gateshead is the first Cats Protection purpose built rehoming facility in the North East. With 42 outdoor heated pens, and as part of the leading feline welfare charity, they work tirelessly to provide support in the local area, with the aim of re-homing unwanted, abandoned or stray cats to suitable homes. The centre hopes to help a minimum of 500 cats per year with the help of our dedicated staff, volunteers and supporter network.

Charity Ghost Walks
Every year we host a Ghost Walk in aid of the Cats Protection Tyneside Adoption centre & all ticket money raised is donated to the centre.

November 2021 we raised £470 on our ghost walk so a BIG THANK YOU to everyone, who bought tickets & came long to the tour

February 2022 we raised £300 on our ghost walk so a BIG THANK YOU to everyone, who bought tickets & came long to the tour

The Centre use the money raised to purchase much needed supplies form their Amazon Wish List
